Police staffer involved in mass fraud against retail chain

An investigation by the Independent Police Conduct Authority found a police staffer was involved in fraud against a large retail chain. The offending occurred both before and after the individual began working for the police. The staffer previously pleaded guilty to eight fraud charges.
