Diver dies after shark attack near the Chatham Islands

Commercial diver Jade Kahukore-Dixon, 24, has died in hospital following a suspected great white shark attack on Tuesday. The man was diving off a boat near the Chatham Islands when the incident occurred. Emergency services met him at Waitangi Wharf before he was rushed to hospital.
