Rescuers save hypothermic man on Mount Taranaki

Police were alerted at 6.30pm on Saturday after a solo runner called for help while suffering from hypothermia on Mount Taranaki. Rescuers trekked for nearly six hours to reach the man, who had been caught in freezing temperatures while unprepared for the weather.
