Man jailed for attempting to murder ex-wife at Mt Roskill McDonald’s

Mitesh Kumar has been sentenced to eight and a half years in prison for the attempted murder of his estranged wife. The attack occurred at a Mt Roskill McDonald’s and lasted nearly eight minutes. Kumar told police he became carried away during the incident, which he claimed was motivated by divorce financial disputes.
