Third person charged with murder of Te Puke man

A 24-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Tristan Oakes, who died in hospital after being shot at his Te Puke home in October. Three others face burglary charges, while two people have been charged with kidnapping and disfiguring another man. Six people are due to appear in Tauranga District Court.
