Former ACT Party President Tim Jago charged with indecent assault

Tim Jago has appeared in North Shore District Court facing one charge of indecent assault involving a male in Auckland in 1995. His lawyer sought to have him remanded without entering a plea. The former ACT Party President is scheduled to reappear in court in November.
