Auckland teacher sentenced to home detention for grooming student

A former primary school teacher in her 30s has been sentenced to home detention after admitting to grooming an 11-year-old student. The woman sent sexually explicit nude photographs to the boy and convinced him to ask her out. She appeared in the North Shore District Court on Wednesday.
