Auckland residential property valuations drop by an average of 9 per cent

Auckland Council has released new rating valuations based on market trends from May 2024. While regional residential values fell by approximately 9%, properties near the city centre saw declines of about 14%. Ratepayers can check valuations online now, with formal notices being sent from Friday.
