The Parole Board has abandoned Scott Watson's parole hearing after the proceedings ran out of time on Wednesday. A new two-day hearing will be scheduled because the board chairman is retiring at the end of March. Watson was convicted of the 1998 murders of Ben Smart and Olivia Hope.
