Scott Watson makes another bid for parole in Christchurch

Convicted double murderer Scott Watson appeared for a six-hour parole hearing in the High Court at Christchurch. The hearing included expert testimony regarding his risk and personality traits. It was also revealed that Watson was involved in a prison misconduct incident last year.
