Homicide investigation launched after fatal incident in Hamilton

One person has died and three others were seriously injured following a violent incident in Fairfield shortly after midnight. Police have launched a homicide investigation after a child was killed and a woman and two children were injured. A 34-year-old man is currently in hospital under police guard.
