Hamilton man accused of murdering baby to undergo sanity assessment

A 34-year-old man facing murder and attempted murder charges following an incident in Hamilton's Fairfield suburb will undergo a psychological assessment. The assessment will determine if he is fit to stand trial, which is currently scheduled for 2027.
