TSB reduces one-year fixed mortgage rate to 4.39 per cent

TSB has lowered its one-year fixed mortgage rate by 10 basis points to 4.39 per cent. This new rate is lower than those offered by other major banks. The rate is available to customers with a deposit of at least 20 per cent.
