Inmate charged with manslaughter after death at Mt Eden prison

A man has been charged with manslaughter following the death of 69-year-old Johnathan Peter Trubuhovich at Mt Eden Corrections Facility. Mr Trubuhovich died in hospital after being seriously assaulted in his cell in late November. The accused is due to appear in the Auckland District Court.
