Man charged with murder over Northland death

A 73-year-old man has been charged with the murder of 77-year-old Daniel Hepehi, also known as Danny Whiston. Hepehi was found with critical injuries at a Waikerikeri Road property in Horeke on 22 May. The accused is due to appear in Kaikohe District Court on Tuesday.
