Te Tii Waitangi Marae prepares hāngī for 10,000 people

Te Tii Waitangi Marae in Te Tai Tokerau has prepared hāngī to feed 10,000 people for Waitangi Day. Under the guidance of chef Joe McLeod, hundreds of volunteers worked over several days to manage the logistical challenges of the large-scale catering effort.
