Horowhenua community reacts to scaled back expressway interchange plans

Local residents and two district councils are opposing changes to the Ōtaki to north of Levin expressway project. The original plan for a major four-lane interchange has been downgraded to a roundabout to reduce costs. Community members say they feel blindsided by the revised design.
