Dean Wickliffe has been transferred to Waikato Hospital due to declining health and suspected kidney issues after refusing food for 14 days. Police are investigating Wickliffe's claims that he was assaulted by guards at Springhill Prison. His parole board hearing has been moved forward to Wednesday.
