Student rents drop in most cities except Dunedin

Average rental prices have decreased in Wellington, Christchurch and Auckland, with Wellington seeing a 14.6 per cent year-on-year decline. However, Dunedin students are facing a 12.2 per cent increase in accommodation costs despite an increase in available rental listings.
