Man charged after fatal Penrose crash involving alleged fleeing driver

A 22-year-old man has been charged with reckless driving causing death and injury following a crash in Penrose on Sunday. The incident occurred after a vehicle allegedly fled from police and struck two cars near Great South Road. One person died and another remains in critical condition.
