Second person charged in Kaikohe toddler death investigation

A 31-year-old woman has been charged with neglect and fraud offences following the death of a three-year-old in Kaikohe. This follows the earlier charge of 45-year-old Drummond Augustine Leaf with the murder of Catalya Remana Tangimetua-Pepene. The child was found unresponsive at her home on 21 May.
