Judges have announced the 12 groups progressing to the Te Matatini finals following 55 performances in New Plymouth. Defending champions Te Whānau a Apanui are among the finalists, which also includes three teams from Tāmaki Makaurau. The sold-out finals are expected to draw at least 15,000 people on Saturday.
