Experts translate Te Matatini performances into six languages

A team of language and haka experts is working behind the scenes at the Te Matatini festival to provide simultaneous translations. The Haka Translate group converts performances into English and five other languages. Additionally, an Auckland librarian will interpret the final day of performances for Mandarin speakers.
